Do You Have A Minimum Number of Guests?
Yes. Typically 40-50 number of guests is required.
We request that your final number of quests be confirmed 72 business hours in advance of your event.
An earlier confirmation may be required for large groups or special menus.
Do You Offer A Special Catering Menu?
Yes. You can check out our Catering Menu.
Keep in mind, your guests may select one of our delicious housemade sandwiches. They will also get a Mini Shot of our Roasted Tomato Soup or Chili, Chips and a Drink.
What is Required of Us Before Mom on The Go Arrives?
We will arrive half hour/ one hour prior to event for set up/prep.
Please provide an ample parking spot for our truck. We will require 3 parking spaces.
We run on our own generator…it does make a small amount of noise.
How Long Will Mom on The Go Stay?
Unless otherwise agreed, our standard service is 4 hours of serving time.
Can We Change Our Order?
We will make every effort to accommodate last minute changes to your order after it has been confirmed.
Please understand, however, that if changes are made less than 72 hours before your event, we will not be able to guarantee additions and reductions will be billed to the extent that the food has already been prepared/purchased.
What Happens If Your Event Gets Cancelled?
You can cancel Mom on The Go if your plans change.
Events cancelled within seven (7) calendar days are subject to a 10% charge on the estimated food and beverage costs.
Events cancelled within two (2) calendar days are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
Events cancelled within one (1) calendar day are subject to 100% full payment.
Deposits & Payments
In order to secure your date we require a 50% deposit.
The remaining 50% will be due one week in advance of your event.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by Credit Card or check. Any additional charges will be settled within 7 business days of the event and will be posted on the credit card number on file.
All charges are subject to Massachusetts Meal Tax.
